Perpetual Swap System Upgrade & Downtime

Dear valued customers,

We will upgrade our perpetual swap trading system from 08:20 May 1, 2020 (UTC). The upgrade will take approximately 10 minutes.

During the time, we will pause all the token-margined and USDT-margined perpetual swap functionalities including order matching, order placement, margin adding, and funds transfer between accounts.

Please take necessary measures before the downtime, such as adding margin, lowering the leverage, or even closing the positions to avoid potential risks like forced-liquidations caused by market volatility.

If any volatile market movement is observed before the upgrade, we may postpone it to a later time when the market's stability is ensured. We will further announce the details if such postponement is necessary.
