付款后卖家不放币怎么办

1.法币交易买方完成转款订单点击已支付后，若卖家超过12小时未确认，系统会自动生成工单，平台客服会介入处理。
2.等待放币期间，可以点击在线沟通联系对方，也可以语音通话直接致电联系对方，提醒对方确认收款放币。
3.如对方长时间未回复，订单生成5分钟后，您可点击页面（向客服申诉）按钮，选择催放币问题，简单描述下问题经过，上传有效汇款凭证。客服会介入处理。
申诉后的订单会在申诉中订单区显示，双方页面会显示订单的申诉内容，可点击申述详情查看申诉内容，或补充凭证，凭证买卖双方各自最多可上传6张。如订单已完成，申诉会自动关闭。
