为什么我充的币一直不到账？

将数字资产从其他交易所或钱包充值到欧易账户时，出现充值币种未到账的情况，通常会有以下原因：
区块确认延迟、充值非平台币、充值错误地址、填写错误标签等，出现以上问题建议及时联系在线客服或提交问题反馈。
1、正常充值，因为区块确认延迟，导致充值未能及时到账。
在确认充值信息无误的情况下，在区块上可以查询到该笔充值记录，但是因为区块在等待网络确认中，当区块完全确认后，从区块同步到平台钱包也会有一定的延时，需要耐心等待一段时间。
2、充值非平台支持的币种，导致无法到账。
充值前请确认该笔充值币种与平台支持的币种是同一币种，如币种全称不一致或合约地址不一致的情况，将导致无法到账，需要提交【问题反馈】，部分币种工程师会协助进行退回处理。
3、充错币种地址或选择错误充值网络，导致无法到账。
在充值前请仔细核对充值地址/充值网络，切勿将LTC充值到BTC的地址上，或者将ERC20网络的资产充值到其他链网络，会导致资产无法到账。遇到此类情况，请及时提交【问题反馈】，工程师会尽快处理。
4、填写错误标签，导致无法到账。
部分币种的充值需要填写标签(Memo/ 又名Tag)。充值时需要将该币种的标签正确填写，标签填写错误，导致无法正常到账时，需要提交问题反馈，提交充值的币种、数量、正确的标签和写错的标签、该笔交易哈希值，会有工程师跟进处理。
目前欧易不支持智能合约充值、打包充值、部分币种区块奖励充值以及部分币种存在最小充值限额，通过以上方式充值均会造成充值不到账的情况，建议及时联系在线客服或提交问题反馈。
如果充值资产没有到账，请您按照以下步骤进行核实
- 当区块链显示未确认，且区块确认数未达到欧易所要求的到账确认数时，请耐心等待。
- 当区块链显示已确认，并且已达到欧易要求的到账区块确认数时，请联系我们的在线客服或提交问题反馈，同时提供TxID以及充值的币种名称、数量和充值时间，我们的工作人员会尽快确认。
如何到区块中查询充值状态
PC端登录欧易官网，点击右上角资产管理——充值——全部充币记录，然后点击哈希值TxID下方的查看，即可跳转到区块中查看该笔充值的状态。
