欧易区块链60讲 | 第53集:什么是区块链发票?
哈喽大家好,我是小K君,今天我们要讲的内容是:“什么是区块链发票”?
所谓区块链发票,就是采用区块链技术,开出的一类电子发票,它和传统发票有非常大的不同。像我们平时用的传统发票,不管是纸质还是电子发票,都需要企业自己购买相关的版税控制设备,或者委托其他的第三方,才能开出发票。
但这就存在几个弊端,首先,大家的数据是不共享的,因为都是企业自建的平台,数量多而设备繁杂,数据共享和流转存在很大的障碍,致使每张发票很难去追踪、验证,进而造成报销周期长,流程繁琐;
第二,数据不共享,造成的另一个问题就是发票造假、甚至一票多报的情况,因为传统发票的防伪采用的是税局分配号段,并加盖电子签章形式,加上无纸化报销在线上批量查验系统中,很难快速实现,导致重复报销,甚至假发票等现象很严重;
第三,发票系统的搭建是也需要花钱的,这就给小微企业带来不小的负担。
而区块链发票则不同,它相当于国家通过区块链技术,建设了一套发票系统,让区块链中的参与者在无需建立信任关系的前提下,就可以参与其中,小微企业不用购买设备,就能开具发票,节省了硬件方面的开支。
另外区块链发票还从源头解决了,防伪难、报销难的问题。在传统发票系统中,报销流程是,用户完成消费——开具纸质发票——用户报销——系统信息查询——报销完成,整个过程中,大多数行为都是在线下完成,所以造成追溯发票的来源、真伪和入账等信息,十分困难,但区块链发票则不同,因为大家的消费数据都记录在区块链系统里,只要你消费了,系统就会自动给你开出相应的发票,你只要从微信端口领取即可。跳过了全部的线下步骤,从根源上解决了防伪难、报销难的问题
除此以外,区块链发票,因为应用区块链的技术,所以数据共享,可溯源、不可篡改,这样每一张发票的来源、入账信息,都很容易进行查询,可以大大缩短审查、报销的周期。所以区块链发票,也是目前区块链技术非常重大的一个落地应用。
目前区块链发票的落地情况,早在2018年,就由腾讯推出,率先在深圳进行试点,截止到今年上半年,注册企业近2万家,发票总量超过2500万张,累计金额259亿。可以说是真正解决了我们报销难的问题。
而这个技术,也正在全国范围内,稳步地推进,相信,再过不久,就可以真正地走入我们的生活,让我们共同期待吧~
